Our Kamping Kottages are located in a shady wooded area of the campground. Situated a short walk to our air-conditioned and heated bathhouse with hot showers, private toilet stalls and laundry. Our Kottages have two sleeping areas, a double bed is located in the main room, and two single size beds are located in the back room. The main room has a table and 4 chairs, a small refrigerator, ceiling fan/light and a 19" flat screen color TV. Kottages are completed with a half bath, toilet and sink. Outside each Kottage is a covered porch, fire ring, picnic table and water access. Our new Jumping Pillow and the game room, mini-golf, camp store, pool and fishing lake are all a short walk away. All you need to bring when staying in our Kamping Kotages is bedding, towels, toiletries, food and the desire to have a good fun Kamping experience.

• The cabins have one full size bed (real mattress), and two single size beds for children.
• Reservations are suggested on weekends and Holidays. Holiday weekends of Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day require a three-day minimum. A two-night minimum is required on weekends from April 30 to October 31st, either Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday.
• Deposits: A charge for your total stay will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email once you've completed your reservation. Cash, check, money order, may also be used to secure your reservation. These forms of deposit must be received within 7 days from the date the reservation is made or the reservation will be cancelled.
• Need to cancel? Please call 800-562-8651 before this deadline to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. * All cancellations will incur a $10.00 cancellation fee. Reservations made after this deadline require nonrefundable deposit. Cancellations made after this deadline will result in forfeiture of all deposit. Kamping Kottage (specialty lodging) 14-day notice is required. Notify us two weeks before your scheduled arrival date. Notice must be made by a phone call, not by email. No show or cancellations on arrival day will forfeit the deposit. If your stay was paid for by a check a refund will be given if it has been two weeks since we deposited your check, otherwise a refund check will be mailed to you. If you check out early over a holiday/special event weekend we will only give a refund if we are able to re-rent your site for the entire reserved time. Weather conditions are beyond our control, and do not constitute reason for a refund.
• EXCEPTIONS to the KOA cancellation policy are: Memorial Day RV/Tent/Kottage requires a 30 day notice to cancel. July 4 & Labor Day Holiday RV/Tent require a 14 day notice to cancel, Kottage require a 30 day notice to cancel. Special Event Weekend 14 day notice to cancel. 2011 Holidays: 5/27-29, 7/1-4, 9/2-5, 10/28-30. 2011 Special Event Weekend: 5/20-21, 9/16-17.
• We are a family campground, no single adults under age 21.
• Visitors/Guests: A visitor/guest is any person arriving after the registered party has checked in. All visitors/guests will be charged the visitor fee. Overnight visitors/guests will be allowed only if there is room within the Kabin. Visitor/guest must leave by quiet hour if not staying overnight. We reserve the right to limit the number of persons occupying and/or visiting a site. Visitors/guests must display the vehicle pass given them on arrival. Visitor/guest are not permitted to bring pets. Please remember the registered camper must be present during the time their visitor/guest are in the campground. The registered camper is responsible for the behavior and actions of their visitors/guests.

Pet Policy
Statesville East/I-40 KOA is pet friendly and welcomes campers who travel and share their camping with the family dog and/or cat. However to insure all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable time, it is important that you read and abide by the following pet policy if you will have a pet with you.

• Pets are welcome but their owners must be well trained!! :)
• Pets must be registered at our office. There is not a charge.
• All dogs are required to be under the control and visual observation of their owner at all times if outside.
• A 6' (six foot) maximum length leash must be used whenever the dog is outside the owners camping unit.
• DO know that the Health Department Rules dictate NO PETS in the store, bathrooms, laundry, game room, mini-golf, Jumping Pillow, recreation areas and pool area.
• Dogs are not to be walked by children 6 years and under unless accompanied by an adult.
• All pet owners are required to pick up all pet droppings on and off their site, seal it in a plastic bag and dispose of in a trashcan. Not picking up after your pet is reason to be asked to leave the campground.
• Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave it home. If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior the owner or manager will ask you to find other camping accommodations.
• Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or night will not be permitted and you may be asked to leave if you are not able to control your pets barking behavior.
• Service dogs of any breeds are welcome. However, these animals must follow the leash policies and may not exhibit aggressive behavior.
• Pets must not be left outside unattended by their owners at any time. Dog kennels or crates are not permitted to be used outside the camping unit. Dogs must be inside your camper at night.
• Dogs are not permitted in tents on Friday or Saturday nights from April 30th to November 1st. Memorial Day Weekend, the week of July 4th and Labor Day Weekend.
• Pet's 20lb. or less are permitted in our Kabin/Kottage with a $10.00 fee daily. Limit to 1 dog.
• Our major insurance provider requirements are that we cannot accept breeds having a history of unfriendly and aggressive behavior to both other dogs and to humans. These breeds are Dobermans, Pitt Bulls, Rottweiler's, Chows, Wolfs and mixes of any of these breeds.
• We encourage all dog owners to call in advance to inquire about any specific rules that might apply to their situations.
