If you are new to camping, just getting started in camping, or enjoy the closeness with the great outdoors we have a tent or pop-up site ready for you. We offer primitive tent sites located away from the crowd, or sites located close to the bathhouse, pool, game room, camp store and Jumping Pillow. You can have water and electric at your campsite or a campsite with no hookups. Pop-up campers with air conditioning we have 30Amp power and water available for you. All campsites have a picnic table and fire ring. Our slogan is

• Only ONE (1) family per site, example: mom, dad, and your unmarried children living at home. Extended family members will need to rent their own campsite. Ex: Brothers & family, Sisters & family, Parents, In-Laws, etc.
• Reservations are suggested on weekends and Holidays. Holiday weekends of Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day require a three-day minimum. Lake Front, Kamping Kottages and other prime sites require a two-night minimum on weekends from May 1st to November 1st. Special Event weekends require a two-night stay. We will make every effort to reserve the site you request but we cannot guarantee specific sites.
• Deposits: A deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email once you've completed your reservation. Cash, check, money order, may also be used to secure your reservation. These forms of deposit must be received within 7 days from the date the reservation is made or the reservation will be cancelled.
• Check-In is between 3:00pm and the time our office closes on the day of your arrival. Checkout time is 1:00pm on your departure day. Please check with our office to verify availability if you want to check out late after 1:00pm (for a additional fee) as we may have a reservation coming in on your site at 3:00pm. Check with our office by 10:30am on your departure day if you wish to stay on your site for an additional night (if available). Kamping Kottage (specialty lodging & Rental Accommodations check-in is 3:00pm, and checkout is 12:00pm.
• Need to cancel? Please call 800-562-8651 before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. * All cancellations will incur a $10.00 cancellation fee. Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after these deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
  RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required. Notify us by 4:00pm two days before your scheduled arrival date.
  Specialty Lodging: 7 days required. Notify us one week before your scheduled arrival date.
  Notice must be made by a phone call, not by email. No show, or cancellations on arrival day will forfeit the deposit. If your stay was paid for by a check a refund will be given if it has been two weeks since we deposited your check, otherwise a refund check will be mailed to you. If you check out early over a holiday/special event weekend we will only give a refund if we are able to re-rent your site for the entire reserved time. Weather conditions are beyond our control, and do not constitute reason for a refund.
• EXCEPTIONS to the KOA cancellation policy are: RV/Tent site on Holiday/Special Event weekend a 7-day notice to cancel. Specialty Lodging (Kamping Kottage) on Holiday/Special Event weekend a 30-day notice to cancel.
• Swimming Pool: Proper swimwear must be worn, no street clothes. Toddlers must use a swim diaper. Please follow posted rules. No Pets in the pool area, a NC law. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• Visitors/Guests: A visitor/guest is any person arriving after the registered party has checked in. All visitors/guests will be charged the visitor fee. Overnight visitors/guests will be allowed only if there is room within the registered hosts camper/trailer/RV. Visitor/guest must leave by quiet hour if not staying overnight. We reserve the right to limit the number of persons occupying and/or visiting a site. Visitors/guests must display the vehicle pass given them on arrival. Visitor/guest are not permitted to bring pets. Please remember the camper must be present during the time their visitor/guest are in the campground. The registered camper is responsible for the behavior and actions of their visitors/guests.
• Your visitor/guest fees: Monday to Thursday $6.50, Fri, Sat, Sun. $8.00, Holiday Weekends & week of July 4th $10.00 each.

• Statesville East / I-40 / Winston-Salem KOA is pet friendly and welcomes campers who travel and share their camping with the family dog and/or cat. However to insure all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable time, it is important that you read and abide by the following pet policy if you will have a pet with you.
• Pets are welcome but their owners must be well trained!! :)
• Pets must be registered at our office. There is not a charge unless staying in our Kamping Kottage.
• All dogs are required to be under the control and visual observation of their owner at all times if outside.
• A 6' (six foot) maximum length leash must be used whenever the dog is outside the owners camping unit.
• DO know that the Health Department Rules dictate NO PETS in the store, bathrooms, laundry, game room, playground, mini-golf and pool area.
• Dogs are not to be walked by children 6 years and under unless accompanied by an adult.
• All pet owners are required to pick up all pet droppings on and off their site, seal it in a plastic bag and dispose of in a trashcan. Not picking up after your pet is reason to be asked to leave the campground.
• Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave it home. If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior the owner or manager will ask you to find other camping accommodations.
• Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or night will not be permitted and you may be asked to leave if you are not able to control your pets barking behavior.
• Service dogs of any breeds are welcome. However, these animals must follow the leash policies and may not exhibit aggressive behavior.
• Pets must not be left outside unattended by their owners at any time. Dog kennels or crates are not permitted to be used outside the camping unit. Dogs must be inside your camper at night.
• Dogs are not permitted in tents on Friday or Saturday nights from May 1st to November 1st, Holiday weekday/weekends, and the week of July 4th.
• Pet's 20lb. or less are permitted in our Kabins with a $10.00 fee daily. Limit to 1 dog.
• Our major insurance provider requirements are that we cannot accept breeds having a history of unfriendly and aggressive behavior to both other dogs and to humans. These breeds are Dobermans, Pitt Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Wolfs and mixes of any of these breeds.
• We encourage all dog owners to call in advance to inquire about any specific rules that might apply to their situations.

The Campground is on the right.
